I actually think Michael Gordon wouldn't look out of place in NSW jersey. what are your thoughts?

I know Pearce has to be kept in the side, but I keep hearing from every Manly fan I know that Hodkinson will be the NSW no & next year. Is there something I missed??? He's been solid at best all year, but not better than Pearce. They all reckon he's gonna get 10 times better. Here's hoping he does, but that he doesn't play Origin!!

Moe, I would love to see Gordon play origin. He is a very reliable player: specialist winger, he has speed, he has presence of mind, decent defence, and not too shabby at kicking goals. Perhaps a combo with Jennings wouldn't be out of the equation - but it's all wishful thinking. There is no way Gordon will be selected by these selectors.

I would be spewing if he doesn't re-sign with Penrith - as per sig, one of the fave's in the comp since 2006.
