Well you were by comparing the two in your previous post, Preston is well liked because in a rubbish side he stood up and won our player of the year and deservedly so. I'm not saying Waddell is total rubbish, I think he has his good points but the bad outweighs the good, I think he's far from a plodder but I believe we have better options incoming with our recruits than what was available this year, I can't agree with the assessment that Waddell was full of positives, you're making him sound like a dally m edge forward whereas he's average at best. Regarding ciraldo, I do belive the "coming a year early bullshit" and don't compare him to t Baz or pay, or even potter as the latter was only an interim coach who had no desire taking up the FG coaching role full time, t Baz was out of his depth imo and pay he really wasn't much better but got shafted which is a shame how that went down but you can blame the Andersons for that debacle.

I call you negative because it's the same song and dance with each post, not having anything positive to say I relation to anything the club is trying to do, it's all just cIRaLdOpE this or ghoul that, it grows beyond tiresome.

Yeah, I know we got Crichton, but it’s forwards who lay the platform, and our pack for next year is looking even weaker. I’m sick of writing off seasons and don’t see how we can possibly compete in 2024 with this pack.

Ciraldo signed a contract to coach us this year and that’s what he did (albeit very badly).

No, of course I don’t. But he often baits the media with false info and spins to take pressure off his people. History has proven this to be true. And as I said, if he was telling the truth in this case, it was still only ever advice he gave. There’s no excuse for a first grade standard footy team leaking 34 points per game. That is absolutely pathetic.

Again, that is your opinion…and not one that everyone is going to share. I don’t see any evidence of it, personally. Our recruitment has been shocking and so were results this year, so I think it’s just blind faith.

I think Curran is overrated, fam. Warriors were pretty eager to get rid of him. He’s far from terrible, he goes alright…. But he’s hardly a game changer, and he’s not going to compensate for all the players we’ve lost. Our back row is ok, but we are still extremely thin on middles.
