Add almost any half and hooker in the comp and we win today.

Effort was great today they could have easily just dropped there heads and gone on to lose by 50 after that start but to there credit they hung in there and should of won. I agree with OP we are not missing much to be a top 8 team

In all honestly the effort has been there every game this year. What’s frustrating is though we’ve been lacking a halfback since hodko left 3 years ago. And Lichaa you could see after one season he wasn’t going to cut it. Yet we still go out and recruit forwards.

Normally losing by 2 to the ladder leaders isnt a bad loss. What makes it seem a lot worse is 3-10

WE can go toe to toe with anyone in the Comp

We just lack that polish in attack to score the points required to win the game.

We are not a 80 min team and look good in patches. Physically our forwards are playing well it’s our backline and the lack of direction of our halves which has screwed us up all season.

Watching the NSW cup Lewis and Woolford have to be blooded into first grade this season somehow. JMK and Montoya needs a spells in reserves. Again, Priest can fk off.

Agree with most of the posted on here, but there's one factor that is missing. That's leadership.
Jacko is a great Bulldog player, but since he was made captain, his game has gone right off.
Time to relieve him of these duties so he can concentrate on playing.
