I think Menaey and Cogger can excel in a good system but we ain't it... It's time for mass change now and into 2021

We have to recruit in all of these vacant positions the current lot are mentally scared and just have a loser mentality. Alot of talk about us signing wingers, can live with it if the 2 wingers listed are replaced... they have shown they only care about themselves by forcing themselves into positions they can't play.
Alot will say oh that plays into Pay not having the cattle etc... but nah wasting cap space extending Lewis, C.Smith, Stimson, Katoa etc when there are so many promising juniors around is incredibly frustrating. People say 2021 is the year it will be better, in thinking 2023 at the earliest. Hope I'm wrong, but we have regressed in the last 2 seasons imo.
