he needs to add at least another 5kg to his frame so he doesn't always get tossed over the sideline even from 10m infield.

Bro, don’t even bother. People here will defend Meaney at all costs. I have never rated the kid and don’t see how he makes our first grade squad.
I think there are other players you could vent your dismay before Meaney

He's not big enough and has no ball playing ability to be a fullback. Needs to be dropped.

Smith should replace him on the wing..heck even Crichton looks far better than him at this stage.

Not a winger. Should have left when we signed the NZ winger to play fullback.

Any good coach would have noticed after 10 mins Meaney was being out classed

We've got to bloody good wingers yet they are both playing in the centres.

Uncle Dean classic.

All of the kids the club and Pay signed for critical spine positions have proven to be duds..

Meaney, JMK, Lewis, Cogger..

Could any of them get a role playing in any other teams spine?
Correct. They are fucked. We took Cogger and Meaney from a Newcastle reserve grade side that got the spoon.

If he took that intercept you'd all be stroking him. He made a good try saving tackle aswell. You will see in my team selections he's not in my backline anymore... But fuck me Lewis stitched him up when he was out over the sideline and the whole left edge as a defensive unit is shit ... What do you expect everyone outside Lewis to do when he's always shooting out of the line, they have to follow and thats where most of the line breaks spawned from as no one trusts each other

That's true mate.
He is stubborn with Meaney on one side and that guy that resembles kevin Hart on the other.

Remember when we were told that Pay would attract all the young talent from his NSW u20s side?.....we ended up with Cogger and Meaney lol
