Can someone explain to me (or direct me to) how the comp will work next year

From what I have read here the top grade will have 30 players with 10 under 20yo.

The salary cap for 2008 is how much?

that should mean a lot more money for the 20 players over 20!!

We appear to have contracted at least least 40 players over 20 and we will need the extra guys for the new 2nd tier comp - what is the salary cap for this comp??

What is the $ allowance for players that get the call up from the 2nd tier to the top grade??

How I Understand it. Teams have the same deal as now with 25 players under what will be 4.1 million. Age doesn't come into it. Then there is an extra 5 or something like that from the Under 20s which is a second tier cap for how much I don't know. The the Under 20s has their own cap which again I am not sure how much that is. But age does not come into play with the NRL salary cap!
