Whats yours?
Mine are pretty standard/ boring. As I am getting older I am seeing that I cannot treat my body like I used to so:
- Take vitamins
- Eat Healthy (I have a meal plan)
- Go to the gym three times a week
- Go to the pool at least twice a week
Personal goals
- Travel more
- Read more
- Put myself in situations to meet interesting peeps
