Got to suck for every team figuring out what they can and can't do next year when mid way through the season the league hasn't set the cap yet, hard to believe the league thinks its okay to set these prices less than a year in advance. Lets say the rumours about Kas are true, even with that assumption the club can't figure out exactly what the plan is.
