My net is playin up and i dont know if its my computer or telstra cany sum1 help me

my internet isnt working properly when i try to go to sites like these www.bulldogs.com.au

or

www.csfbl.com

it keeps comin up and sayin
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:

I do everythin it says to do but keeps comin up with that message there the only 2 sites that it doesnt let me on but there 2 sites that i go on alot so can sum1 plz help me

i asked my friend to check this morning if it worked and he told me it didnt work it might just b telstra coz i think he is wit telstra

turn off your comp.. then turn off your modem and router if u have one

wait a few minutes
then turn on your modem, router and comp in that order
