Movie "Reboot" thread

Basically a thread about movies that you would like to "reboot" or Reboots that you thought were shocking compared to the originals.

Ill start off by throwing 2 obvious ones out there:

1) Mortal Kombat series
2) Street Fighter

Loved the first MK - but they disregarded too much. And so little fight scenes that DIDNT involve Liu Kang.

They totally disregarded the utter hatred between Scorpion and Sub- Zero. Focussed the storyline completely around Kang and - how bout how Cage beat Goro? Sure - when your a kid it looks awesome cause he got kicked in the groin and fell off a mountain. But gee it was poor form.

As for street fighter - they had Jean Claude Van Dam playing Guile - Nuff said?
