Just been in touch with the club it was my fault as you can get in touch with them and customise your pack to what you want in it (caps, scarves, etc). It was my fault as I changed my email address late last year.

I don't recall a season in recent memory where my pack has arrived prior tot he season kick off. Doesn't affect me too much as i'm not a ticketed member (being interstate), but still...

Yep, got two deliveries now - jersey/hoodie just after Xmas and other part of the member pack last week.

I liked having a choice of gear, probably would have preferred the same dollar amount off some normal merch though.

I couldnt be bothered choosing what I wanted as nothing was appealing so wont be receiving anything.

I only renewed in last few weeks. There was only the option for express post (2-3 weeks it said, not very express). Postage for a keyring, mug and something else small was $14 which seemed a bit excessive. Haven’t seen anything yet but I’m not really in a hurry for it.

We are from outside Sydney and are thinking of getting Flexi 4 memberships. We are only 2 adults and 1 junior but was thinking of getting a family membership, because you get an extra $30 in gear for same price as 2 adults and 1 junior. Anyone think of any gotchas?

Finally got my 2023 kit today. Pretty poor it took 5 weeks into the season and I told the club that - what - they expect me to wear 2022 kit??
