Cant argue with that... though i did state structured af. Ofcourse you need structure and a game plan fielded with plenty of tactics, that's just normal but worrying too much about yardage, hitting points whilst getting into shape off every fcukin play is what kills teams especially when you lack X factor in key positions who just get you points.

Maybe Sandercock has given a few pointers and what to target on the field but there is no doubt the HEAD coach is the one pulling the strings and bringing out the character.
