Nope, this is a mistake on Rooster behalf. For what I look for in a prop/middle he's one of the best I've seen.

I understand the skepticism with signing May but I think the Roosters are just freeing cap space to sign Hunt because both Walker AND cheese are gone for half their season with ACL injuries.

And what positions does Hunt cover? Hooker and HB!

Also they've got Collins, Leinu, Whyte and other guys that can cover middle so I wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth on this one...
