He did nothing special tonight......apart from miss a tackle leading directly to a try.Holland has played a bit of hooker and been WAY better than you may think.

GREAT value.Save your money till you see a team sheet..
And..it is only a trial. He did nothing special tonight......apart from miss a tackle leading directly to a try.
Sounds good. Hopefully the club makes the right call because he defenitely brings a lot to the table that a lot of a more established guys just don't have.Yes - from what iv seen of him in Juniors he is more suited to a spine position - has energy n speed n fights a tackle. Not an organiser though!
And..He is usually an outside back.And..it is only a trial.
You're right. Even back 10+ years ago. It doesnt matter who the coach is, if we are losing or lose, we gotta sack the coach. Its the kennel way.All the bitches on here calling for Pays head when down 18-12.
LOL
This place never changes.
The most concerning sign is that Pay is still going to start the season with Lewis at halfback lol.
No, he really isn't. Does pass better than Lewis though so it does give the illusion of him being better than what he actually is.Holland has played a bit of hooker and been WAY better than you may think.
Yh but I want to enjoy watching us play lolLook on the bright side. With Lewis at halfback we will get smashed most games. Which means season won't start well. And that will be the end of Pay. That's the only positive I can see with Lewis at halfback.
Hmmm...no Britt?My team
1)dwz
2)remis
3)hopper
4)harper
5)meany
6) wakeham
7)cogger (his defence needs to improve bigtime)
13) stimson
12)jacko
11)chn
10)naps
9)jmk
8)renouf
Bench-tols/rfm/elliott and ogden or katoa.
Players he was marking up against got on his outside pretty easy - lacks the agility needed on the edge but suited to the middleI thought Britt looked real awkward playing on a edge in that first half but it might have been due to Lewis. He looked a lot more comfortable playing the in middle later in the game.
Again so who replaces Katoa at hooker tonight? No, he really isn't. Does pass better than Lewis though so it does give the illusion of him being better than what he actually is.
Aaaannndd.....he’s a turnstile out in the backs.And..He is usually an outside back.
Marshall-King is injured,Katoa probably needed a rest and the dude we had in the 9's aint gonna cut it this year.
Katoa went great guns, hopefully jmk doesn’t miss too many games.Aaaannndd.....he’s a turnstile out in the backs.
He’d best get used to being backup to the backup hooker
And that's exactly my point. We knew since December that JMK wasn't going to be fit and I've been calling for another hooker to be signed for ages. It's just poor management from the club.Again so who replaces Katoa at hooker tonight?
Marshall-King?
Injured.
The Dude who played in the 9's?
Not good enough yet.
Your Choice?
Snake your quiet but have a good eye for the Dogs and game, can you give us your round 1 FG 17 based on that trial please?Plenty of negatives in that game, but let’s focus on the positives. Wakeman absolute natural. Katoa will be good off the bench when JMK comes back. Harpers effort on effort were great. Big papa looks fit to start the year and last mention goes to Kayne Kalachi. I like this bloke. Didn’t let anyone down playing decent minutes in the middle.
