i dont think he has the money to do it to the same extent as abromovich

the chelsea boss is one of the richest men in the world, and his personal fortune is in the multi billion dollar range

glazer on the other hand has debts that may restrict a fierce transfer market raid

united's best bet is to slowly bring the clubs talented youngsters into the fold

players liie david jones, christopher eagles, luke steele and david bellion should be next in line and follow the man u production line, which includes most recent graduates, darren fletcher, o shea and liam miller

but although the local talent is great, unless they want to compete against chelsea in the transfer market, they will most probably remain second fiddle to chelsea

arsenal on the other hand, have had to specifically be tight with transfer funds because of the expensive emirates stadium which is being built

in a few years when eveything gets back to normal for them, they will once again be a force
