He hasn't been doing anything anyway. Plus the only reason he was a given the job anyway is because of his success with the Marouns 8 in a row which was all based around the Big 3 (Smith, Cronk, Slater), plus Inglis and Thurston.

Blind Freddy could've coached that team to 8 in a row with those players.

Remember how successful he was as Raiders coach? They didn't even come close to making the GF. Sure they made the finals on 3/5 times but couldn't even push for the title.
