If we added Luai, and then young Joel there said that would attract Brian To’o, which it wouldn’t but let him dream.

That would of seen us with 6 Panthers players … not sure I’d feel comfortable winning that way .. it’s not the Bulldogs way ..

We need to avoid recruiting players who are looking to maximise their retirement fund… Critta is a great buy for whatever we paid him, young, healthy, motivated and professional - I’m not sure Luai ticks all those boxes but yes, we should be a better team with him in it… Gus does not want to fu<k our cap up, the reported 1.05m we are offering him is a good buy… 1.2M is probably overs and a combo of Klem and T May would be far better at the same price.
