Same as the previous polls.

Only one choice this time. Also - im going to compile a list of the ones that just missed out on team selection for the bench. Expect that poll sometime over the weekend.

This one is the hardest so far lol

I'm going for Steve Menzies based on consistency alone.

Someone like Kennedy and Dallas Johnson I would say have been more explosive when it was their time - but Menzies has been around longer producing the goods.

Tonie Carroll deserves a mentio ntoo - absolute workhorse of a Lock.

umm where's the list?

I think Tonie Carrol would have to be up there. Greg Bird? altho he has spent some time at 5/8..... Luke Ricketson? Shaun Timmins would have to be in the hunt as well

Menzies should have been in the second rowers category. He spent most of his time there.

Thats why it was hard Simmo. The same could be argued for L'OD. He played at 2nd row till Norton retired.

Its touch and go - and debatable for either way. Timmins played alot of time at Center and FE so i felt that he's selection was very muddled (although i do consider him a Lock). Same with Bird.

Im a very big BK fan myself. What he did for the Knights in their premiership winning season and the few years he was at Manly was just phenomenal. But i think we were blessed with the Locks of the noughties. Most of them were very hard working players.

How about Paul Gallen? I know he is a grub, but he's played quite a bit of rep footy

No

He retired in 05

His last game was against us when Grimaldi attempted a FG

Ben Kennedy

I consider Menzies more of a second rower
