With Lewis' frame ideally you'd put abit of extra size on him and turn him into an edge backrower like a Ryan Matterson or best case scenario Wade Graham, problem is we've got a plethora of edge backrowers. In the modern game he's not really a 13 as 13s are almost interchangable with props now. Maybe try him out at left centre or bench utility?
