I think if Manly keep the whole team on the paddock and especially Tom they could be in a premiership window, Storm will always be there abouts, Roosters will be the same as Manly based on injury. I think the Broncs and Titans suprise everyone and the Dragon based on Hooks past will have thier best year under him this year or next. Eels window is shut and they will have massive internal issues this year same for the Raiders and Knights.
