This doesn't bode well for the broncs. As an NRL coach you are ALWAYS at least somewhat reliant on players already there if you are going to have success in enough time. Not a good idea to kick things off by ostracising people. Also you have to back yourself, you can't be making excuses before you even get started ala Pay.
