for it to be smooth needs to have its output set to 50hz and have motion enhancers on the TV turned off.

I’ve never checked but can the PS5 be set to 50hz, if it could I wouldn’t use it as gaming would be complete rubbish as they are made for 60hz.

I'll have a look next time I use the PS5 but I don't think you can manually set it to 50hz.

Don’t think you can, would be no benefit as games running at 60hz. Imo if that’s your option for kayo just buy a chrome cast 1080p version and set the app to 50hz purely for kayo.

No point watching the game all choppy for the sake of $50.

I've got a shield, I just use the PS5 if I'm watching in a different room and the TV app shits itself.

I use telstra tv2 so haven't had any problems bit expensive and you need a telstra account has the tv channels so im not swapping from hdmi to tv all the time.
