He definitely looks slimmer but he might not just have the cardio/endurance since he has been out for a while so I don't blame him for being alittle puffed after not doing much for a while.

Yeah since injury he has packed it on bigtime.

Even if he ate correctly with a good diet he still would of packed on weight, it is hard to workout with an injury like the one he had. He can workout his chest and arms but most other core exercises footy players do require your legs moving or to be standing/squating during the exercise.

I hope he has the motivation to train and play hard because that will be the only way for him to get fit.

Patrick Templeman had an absolute shocker, missed basic tackles dropped the ball, kept throwing hospital passes or missing the ball runners and his kicking game was frustrating, that's the same below par performance By Templeman for 3 straight weeks.
