Kade Snowden's high shot

I just heard about Kade Snowden's high shot on Ray Thompson. Apparently it was a shocker which has shattered Thompson's jaw.

Has anyone got footage?

How bad was it and what sort of suspension do you think it deserves?

It doesn't look as bad as you would think.. it isn't anything like Inglis vs Young but still caught him high and was enough to break his jaw.. Your right, it's not as bad as I thought after reading live commentary on nrl .com.

The damage to Thompson's jaw however was pretty full on!

At first look jus looked like a head clash, had no malice in it, was jus a lazy shot. I think the fact Thompson had a broken jaw meant he had to go. I reckon cases like this should be ruled that snowden has to be out for as long as what Thompson is out for.

the shoulder hit tompson flush on the jaw, I don't think there was any intention of a deliberate shoulder to the face or that he had any intentions of hitting him high, just looked like a good shot gone wrong
