Oh my f*cking god, that was horrible!

He has sustained a Compound Fracture... bone was completely sticking out, only the sock stopped it from being exposed.

Hope he has a speedy recovery, horrific injury to Yow Yeh.

Least Channel 9 didn't replay it.

Initially showed it after the pair stayed down, noticed it and completely backed off then went to an ads break.

To make it worse, google imaged the injury.... going to spew.

I never saw it i just got off work. I still have the image of Scott Princes leg snapping when Steve Price (I think was Price anyway) charged down his kick. That was pretty hard to watch. I hope Yow Yeh is able to make a full recovery.

It looked like a compound fracture, but it isn't as bad as the picture Ozman posted.

Still bad though, I really don't think he will be back this year it might even be career ending.

An good scenario for him would be that the blood on his sock wasn't from the bone breaking the skin.

I wouldnt say career ending unless they want to amputate his leg but Id think it would take about 6-8 months for him to recover from his leg injury...

Well it depends on the damage don't to the ligaments, tendons and muscles surrounding the injury really, what made it look severe was the fact that players were trying to reassure him so he didn't go into shock.

Hope its miraculously just a ankle strain/sprain.

On freeze frame it is in fact as bad as the one Ozman posted.

You could see the blood through his sock, definitely pierced the skin. Nasty injury, hope he makes a speedy recovery. Just hope it's not similar to taniela tuiaki, he never recovered from his ankle injury n had to retire. Yow Yehs too young for that!!
