Tough game. Sharks are leading the comp in Flegg with 11 wins and 1 loss.

A few changes to the Dogs side.

Tui Katoa in centres should absolutely monster them.
Talau, Topine and Tass not named.
Hamill, and Filo missing as well.

Should have left katoa in reserve to play against his bro

Sharks are in all sorts of trouble.

Sharks are top of the ladder with 11 wins, 1 loss. Best defence in the comp, and 3rd best attack.
Dogs middle of pack for everything (7th from 15 teams, 7 wins 1 draw 1 loss, average defence and attack.

Is his best position in the halves?
Not sure to be honest I have only seen him play in the centres up until now. I was surprised to see him playing at halfback but he’s been heavily involved in two great wins since he made the move.

Seve was the one running the show but Averillo didn’t look out of place. He’s just a super talented footballer.

I really hope they settle on a position for Averillo and keep him there. We have a bad habit of playing musical chairs with positions in the lower grades.

Full Time score was 30 - 6

Tries to Averillo (2), Seumanutafa, Kuresa, and Casey.
Conversions 4/5 Averillo
Penalty Goals 1/1 Averillo

Sharks scored through Hazelton with Ngaronoa converting.

Can't believe Tui can still play Flegg (20 years old). Likewise didn't realise Roumanos is only 19.

The whole flegg side is pretty young and u can see the dramatic improvement as the year progresses. Roumanos didn’t play. Maybe playing reserves???

Assessment of their coach pls?

Some of the defence today was literally dogs of war stuff. Tui Katoa pulled off some massive hits timed to perfection.
Katoa in the centre's is something to keep an eye on. He always has been a physical player.
