is it just me or is hicky looking a bit unfit and overweight this season and the last?

I detect some Czislowski/Holdsworth syndrome where a players confidence is continually attacked and his performances and luck starts to slip, I hope to see him on the field soon but at the same time there a few people putting up a good argument for bench space.
