Roumanos joined the club from the Cronulla Sharks over the summer as a development player, but following the departure of Rhyse Martin, the rookie fills the final spot of the Top 30.
James is one year into a three-year deal with the club and has featured in the Bulldogs Canterbury Cup and Jersey Flegg sides throughout 2019.
The 19-year old has also played International Football this season having represented Lebanon against Fiji at Leichhardt Oval during the NRL’s Representative Round.
A strong ball runner with a great work ethic, James was born in Greenacre and has a connection with the club as the grandson of former Canterbury player, Kevin Brown.
His promotion follows the news that local junior Kayne Kalache will also join the Top 30.
