Good players don't always make good coaches or fit into admin roles. I'd say he'd be pretty happy contributing to fox, pretty stress free doing those type of things compared to being involved at a club.

Reading between the lines, I think that Steve Hansen the All Blacks guru has come over to offer some advice or perhaps to act as consultant, it might be just a 1 off visit or he might have a part time roll here who knows.
