iTunes Help

I'm trying to transfer my entire iTunes from my PC to my laptop without losing all my files or having to reset my entire library.

I have both my iPhone and iPod nano information all stored in the one iTunes.

Can anybody help please?

You're gonna have to use an external hard drive Rami.

Copy your itunes folder. Paste it to a external Hardrive.

Plug hard drive in lap top. Copy, then paste. Install itunes. Done.
