The difference between our players and the class players is our boys can't perform the items listed under the pressure of game conditions.

I'm sure they go over and over every skill element at training, our boys can't execute on game day because they just don't have the critical mental element needed to be an elite player. Let's face it, we have invested heavily and paid overs for too many duds to be a competitive team.

On the forwards, there is no excuse for the body shape of our pack.

Tolman and Graham don't look like athletes.
Eastwood and Kasiano are fat.

And most of our players could do with more muscle and less fat. This is the first step in any agility/speed program. This is the low hanging fruit in trying to become more agile and quick, technique and bio mechanical adjustments come next.
