Is he first grade ready?

Looks pretty mobile, is he an option for one of the two centre spots?
Something like:

1. Hoppa
2. Smith
3. Harper
4. Tass
5. DWZ

I was surprised he was elevated to the top 30 to be honest. He’s never really stood out that much in lower grades. It’s a big ask of him throwing him in NRL without any footy for 9 weeks so I’d say no at this point.

I don’t see any reason to drop Meaney.
Just play him at FB, move DWZ to centre and smith back to the wing where they belong.

The first player dropped from the outside backs should be Chrichton, and the next in line is either Harper or Averilo

Chrichton while he may not be as gifted as smith,he has put in more effort and actually hasn’t played too badly.

As already mentioned Tass has not stood out at CC or Flegg level - apparently he dominated RM Cup for a while.

Chricton has been ok - brought the ball back stronger than Meaney

Our whole squad is ordinary. There's no real way to even blood these juniors in the shit show we have atm

At this stage I would play Meany FB, with Harper and Hoppa in the Center's and both Smith and DWZ on the wing, if they don't like playing wing let them go, and if they play to their strengths our back line should be competitive.
You can't have the inmates running the asylum. I think Tass has shown enough to be worth keeping at this stage.

Smith also has to go back to the wing and start acting like oats.

You would also give DWZ a run in the centres or he goes to the wing.

Bottom-line is the club needs to purchase a rep player for next yr if DWZ doesn't work or a winger if he does.
