Why did we not make a play for this guy? He is only 22 years of age and helped the Warriors win NYC this year. He is going overseas next year for Wildcats. Surely he would have been a handy back up at worst.

Issac John played NYC this year? I'm pretty sure he played at lock for the Vulcans.

Pretty decent player though, surprised he has gone overseas.

Played NSW Cup this year, not NYC. Don't rate him. Couldn't oust Brett Seymour so that's all you really need to say about him.

Isaac Johns is off the market now, too, geez. With Ben Robert leaving us, I guess we'll have to rely on Josh Reynold or Kris Keatings next year, or maybe even Joel Romelos, then in 2013 we can make a play for JAmes Maloneys or Keiran Forans... assuming he doesnt come next year with Des Haslers, ofcourse.

I post on there occasionally (also live in NZ), not really a Warriors fan though.

Maloney 1st....... Foran 2nd choice, in my opinion only because Maloney is from Orange NSW which means we have less chance of losing him for the rep games. Call me selfish if you like.

he is made for origin can put in the huge hits like a forward, has amazing support skills, good goal kicker, and has a mouth that can wind any queenslander up.

If thats the case and he has a quick mouth, imagine if he did sign with us the love we would get from other clubs.

Ennis & Maloney with Reynolds on the bench. LOL.

At this point in time Maloney would be much better than Foran only because Maloney is a little bit more mature than Foran right now and I believe he would be the perfect link with Hodko, they both hit hard for not so big men and we do need a specialist goal kicker with Steve Turner as the back up goal kicker.

How on earth did you come to that conclusion? Maloney would be eligible for City-Country, Origin and possibly Test matches? Foran would only be available for Test matches.
