He has the skills(step and pace) but he needs a half and 5/8 inside, something that we havent got now or for a couple of years.
Blake Taafe needs to have been bought as a half or 5/8.

Burton may have only played centre for one season, I’m not sure if that’s correct …. but he came through their grades in a very good very well drilled team that have played together since they were young kids ….

He played centre outside of big Kikau and Laui who got him good ball .. you can’t deny he was Dally M centre of the year … left side should be

Burton is definitely a class centre .. and Crichton is a class centre … in a team as fragile as ours .. we need players attacking defending and playing in their class positions … not trying to see how they go in spine positions that are to important for them to be learning in ..

The most alarming thing is, 2 years in and he has not developed a pass, he does not dig into the line to ask the defense questions.
