Is barba the first Dally m winner to not make rep footy?

Todd Carney hadn't played Origin or International when he won it. He had played City/Country, however.

the first winner, rocky laurie, never played rep footy. Nor did preston campbell.
the youngest winner, mick potter (19), only played 1 origin match but wouldve played for Australia
without multiple leg fractures.
