Not sure, i can't say I look that closely. i think you can have the other way around, from too much steroid abuse...
But I do recall living in college with a guy they nicknamed "Bongoes". He was one year above me, but we had a couple of classes together, and after a couple of years of not knowing his real name, I asked him. And apparently the name came from a rumour that he had enormous testicles, like bongo drums. But I never asked about his gentleman's sausage.
