A lot of people don't see how positive Gus is for us. He's not a pussy and will speak his mind. He will also attract a lot of other players, perhaps even trainers/assistance coaches etc... it's only a good thing. We all saw the influences he's had on the Roosters, Dragons and Panthers when he was there.

With his emphasis on winning...he surely is going to be heavily involved in the mentoring of the players and a hands on day to day approach.
