Ha. Years ago a mate bought one of the now million apartments at ‘Shepherds Bay’ aka Meadowbank. The advertising for it was ‘The Vaucluse of the West’ and that was all we needed to extract piss. Every time he hosted something it was ‘Come to the Vaucluse of the West on Saturday’. So sorry Blacktown, you’ll have to pick another snooty suburb to go upmarket .
