india and pak always kick ass in these comps, esp over Aust.
the reason is the sheer natural talent, Aust get's pulverised in every u/19 tourney yet when it comes to the bigtime they end up smashing everyone.
difference is?
a way better structure for development of a player from u/19 up to international level. it's amazing how india and pakistan with 1.2 billion cricket crazed people can't get a decent 11 that are undisputed world beaters. Yet Australia can excel in about 10 sports on a world stage with only 20million.
pure talent wont get you far w/o a proper structure and management that Aust has.

JUST RESEARCHED it's entire history on wikipedia. Just took around 5 Minutes of Reading. LOOKS like India & Pakistan are the Top seeded nations. Australia are 3rd in that Category.
