tl;dr

Hodkinson is goal-kicking well compared to others (but we know he can kick better). His try assists (2) and linebreak assists (3) are up there too. Unfortunately he still doesn't seem to be finding open space with his regular kicks as much as he finds opposing players.

Rona
is keeping up his awesome try scoring record, but also backing it up with linebreaks (3)

Lichaa
is proving how solid he is in defence. Equal 9th on the leader board with 81 tackles!

King James
is up there with Hodkinson for try assists (2) linebreak assists (3) and hit ups (38)

Tolman
doing what he always does. Equal sixth for hit ups (36)

Kasiano
is still leading with his offloads, but he made considerably more in round 1 (6) than round 2 (2)

Mbye
makes the list with his through-the-legs 40/20

Reynolds
still is on some lists from his round 1 performance, namely, 40/20s (1), linebreak assists (3) and conceded penalties (3)

Bmoz
is just killing it. Tries, run metres (336), linebreaks (5), tackle breaks (20)!, and kick return metres (100)

Reynolds usually kicks a bit in general play. I think other then kicking to a player Hodko's stats are better then I thought. Des is big on these and I think will push for resigning. Probably a word to Reynolds re giving away penalties is needed

i was surprised reynolds had 3 line break assists when we were complacently outplayed

on another day they might have turned into trys, but then again he did give away 4 penalties

Wow - both Rona and Morris in top 10 for Tries and Line Breaks - how the **** did we make the GF last year without guys that can attack like these boys.

Hodkinson is smashing it in a-lot of the stats as his B-Moz.. he may not be playing great but he is contributing to the points being put on the board and us winning matches.

but hey, let's drop him.

-Kennel Logic after 2 rounds.

Billris your kidding yourself and only yourself if you think Hodkinson has been good. He has been poor. The plays he has produced have been below average and often poor.

Reynolds may have given stupid penalties though he offered a 40/20 and creates.

Hodkinson literally may claim a stat from a pass to someone though it's nothing special and nothing created by him. Look no further then his pass to Morris last round with no space and 4 defenders on him, or some other great things including the play that saw Kasiano pushed out.

Better yet his last tackle plays on the 10-20. Numerous times already and very very costly in the Panthers loss.

Mbye has offered more in attack by far.

I quiet like Hodko though he has been poor at best thus far. Hopefully turns it around. Don't know if it's the off-season, knee, mental or what though he is not playing well. Kicking to players on the full, little to no attack, no plays ran via him. Not remotely up to standard, though it is only 2 rounds down and a long season to come. Hopefully he can have an injury free season and sort whatever the problem is and steer the boys around.
