Sometimes I'll say Medium-Well because I find some chefs are more likely to undercook if they think they can get away with it.

Medium is better, cooked in tooheys red with a bit of garlic.

apparently cooked meat is harder for the gut to digest. dunno, i prefer the taste and texture of blue rare steak

depending on the place. If i trust them i get medium rare, if im abit iffy about them then ill get medium to medium well
