I saw plenty of positives and improvement. For 90% of the game we were great.

I think we suffered most from a lack of experience and composure. When they came at us late we were rattled across the board, and couldn't find a way to close the game out.

Yeh gotta agree. If it was his first nrl game or first nrl season ok.

But guy has been mediocre for a couple of seasons now. Definitely highlight of his career was the Penrith game. Unfortunately can’t cut it in first grade

I’m sure he is amazing trainer and can achieve amazing endurance tests and vmax. In the gym might be up there with the best and was haslers “gun”. But until nrl is played in a gym or on a treadmill or up in altitude the dude isn’t going to be any good. Handy back up to throw in time to time. But if he is your starting back then you realistically aren’t a top 10 team.

Jerry Lewis & Dean Martin are our future, now lets hope some of Fucking bright spark board members don't let them slip through our fingers again and we lose them to a rival club, If a catastrophe like this should happen again I will be changing teams after 50yrs as a fanatical Bulldog Supporter.

Ok I've calmed down.. slightly... everything I thought regarding positives has been stated already but one thing I was happy with is that Priest had his best game for us and the way we attacked with defence was a stand out of the game.. for 77 minutes

Only glaring obvious poor performance was Holland & Lichaa.

That Cotric try would have been scored on anyone... but the other efforts... I think given that his arm was hanging from mid way first half we should cut Holland some slack... at least he didn't let a bloke take the ball off him with 3 to go

Great effort by the boys overall. Couple of changes needed. Brown for Lichaa. Cleeland for JMK.
Ogden is a typical islander. Hes good in short bursts due to lack of stamina. Needs managing better.
Holland is better from the bench.
