There is going to be a last minute change, just not sure what it will be. But there will definitely be a last minute change, knowing Des!

I don't know, the injury looked bad...... he took quite a while to come back on to the field.
Also, if you watch the second field goal he kicked to win the game, it wasn't quite as straight as the first one he kicked to take the lead...... a classic sign of a broken knee :p

lol.

Remember when on the day of the game against Canberra (I think it was during Origin), Hodkinson was ruled out yet he still played?

Loving the mind games from Hasler. He is close enough to 100% fit...
How are the school holidays treating you young fella? :grinning:

Few dramas actually. But I won't discuss on The Kennel.
Don't let "the man" get you down ... My advice : Go to an all-ages gig somewhere and see some bands. A whole new circle of friends outside of school/home awaits you. If you can't do that, start exploring Triple J.

On Sky Sports big breakfast when Des was asked who would play halfback he said "Definitely not me" then said that Trent will be right and will play.

I just copied the following from the NRL website.

"Canterbury's Trent Hodkinson has declared himself a certain starter for Saturday night's preliminary final against Penrith.

Hodkinson has been battling the knee injury he picked up in last week's thrilling win over Manly, but ran strongly in Friday morning's captain's run.

"The knee is all right," Hodkinson told Fairfax.

"It was a bit sore earlier in the week but it's come on leaps and bounds since then."

Award-winning Hodkinson making a difference off the field

The halfback had not trained earlier in the week because of the knee problem which he is set to be operated on, in the off-season.

Hodkinson, the first choice goalkicker for the Bulldogs, was replaced midway through the first half last Saturday night, after collecting a nasty knock from Sea Eagles skipper Jamie Lyon.

He came back on to score the decisive field goal which ultimately separated the two sides in golden point extra time."
