I don’t know mate… I’m starting to feel it could be a contract we have to ride out and I really hope I’m wrong.
I go back to a story in the media few weeks ago that he will be playing in the centres, is it Ciro's intention to play him there, naturally he came out and denied it saying he is a 5/8 wants to play 5/8 but I feel there is more to the story,
Did someone or something happened to upset him ?

Until we get some real grunt up front our halves can’t do shit…you could put Cleary in our team and we still would struggle with our powder forward pack

Exactly. Burton and Hutchison are the best options at this stage of the season.
Tetevano and Suluka-Fifita may help up front when ready but even then we're a long way from taking a risk with more creative players.
Burton needs to step up. But even if he doesn't, there are few serious options.
The 'commentators' are just trying to find something to talk about.
Ciraldo is the one who has to deal with reality.

Of those,1 has coached @ NRL level, unsuccessfully. They're all paid to say something in the media, if Burton has a great game this week, those same people will be paid to sing his praises
Yeah but how many great games has he played for us? Love your optimism though

Agree but equally important, if we have a halfback like Turvey who would make the opposition's defense go in circles and our forwards running in the right direction that's forward the whole team would play different.
Have you witnessed the Bulldogs in the late 70's and the early 80's without forwards ?

You saw those two space cadets coach SOO right?

I wouldn't even piss on their opinion, worthless
What's coaching Origin have to do with knowing if someone is a better centre or better 6? Literally nothing.

Both those space cadets picked the wrong players for NSW

Daley was part of the selectors that made Kurt gidley captain, a captain that started the game on the bench. Daley is rubbish at selecting players in positions

Even his commentating was garbage

Fittler had the strongest blues squad in years and he fcuked it all up, the muppet picked gutherson at centre, who was torn to shreds by Kurt capewell.

Theyre both a joke as far as opinions and identifying players go

And everything that you just said had literally nothing to do with knowing if someone is a better centre or 6.

"He is our five eight at the moment' Ciraldo said.
I ask for how long ?
IMO he needs a specialist halfback to unlock him !
THEY RECKON HOUDINI WAS PRETTY GOOD AT UNDOING LOCKS SURELY GUS COULD SPARE A FEW BUCKS AN GET HIM ON COACHING STAFF MIGHT BE OUR ONLY HOPE. BUT REALY I WOULD JUST LOVE TO SEE HIM RUN THE BALL MORE AND HAVE A DIG TAKE THE LINE ON PRETTY WELL WHAT EVERYONE WANTS FROM A HALF.

Unfortunately for Burton and Ciraldo the media couldn't care less and will blow torch them weekly...
