I believe you have your assessment of Cogger totally wrong. His kicking game is the best of all three.
The best part of his game is that he is going to keep getting better.
Obviously, Foran is the most talented but is held back by fitness issues.

Kick metre stats of recent show otherwise. Also Cogger's attacking kicks are all shockers. He isn't a write off but needs massive improvement in those areas

It's evident we're lost without Foran. However, the bloke's on his last legs and for that resson I wouldn't re-sign him.

I like Wakeham but still too early to tell. We blew our load over Lewis last year but has been poor this year, but that's not to say he wont improve. After all he's still young.
And Cogger is slowly getting more involved the more games he has.

So if we absolutely had no one else to choose from, then I'd say keep Wakeham and Cogger. But not with any great confidence lol.
