Anyone who says we aren't making long term progress with Gus is a dope.
I'm sick of us losing but there are a lot of stokes in the fire with all these young pathways they are developing.
Watch us in 5-10 years. First step is get back to or at least close to the 8 this year. If everyone plays to their potential this year e.g. Burton, then there is always a chance of making it back to the finals. Lets Go boys!

1. 1.3 mil+ Halfback/elite fb
2. Elite prop up to 1.3 mil
3. rep/ex rep prop up to 1 mil
4. 5/8 or elite dummy half 0.8-1 mil
5. second row/prop/lock/ average fb/ elite ctw/ hooker 400k-800k
6. ctw 200-400k

Guess which we have the most of...sigh.
