lol even their games to win money require people know about the show last week

aka if you watch all of the show then you could win the money, its the only way we get people to watch it all

Problem is people are blowing up about things that literally happen every single week. The NRL haven't just costed us games, last season alone off the top of my head they f*cked up the Dragons - Storm game and again in the Storm - Dragon game following, i remember the Titans getting shafted consistently and so forth.

They do have their favourites for example the Souths and Roosters and its apparent because both of these clubs have wealthy owners whom they want to appease because thats how you can get more $$$. If we had a billionare backer or someone with some degree of influence the shoe would be in the other foot. This is how the world works, not just the NRL. You get away with more if you're more influential/rich and less if you aren't.

People are also right that if this game was reversed and we won in that way the media would be focused on something else altogether. But i would also guarantuee that noone here would be disgusted with the decisions if we got the 18-17 win. Yes we copped bad calls and yes we shouldn't have lost but it's done and dusted.

I think this whole thing and the fact that Todd/the NRL can only tidy thing up by having a ref front up to a media show indicates that the stupid paranoid "never mention the refs" was not only not helpful, but actually counterproductive and harmful to the game.
this was completely staged and controlled to deflect the corruption focus on Greenberg
by putting the ref in a good light and isolating 1 minute from the other 79 minutes of the game is purely biased interviewing.

they singled out and demonised Graham on national TV for questioning a rule that 99.99999% of the people didn't know .

unless this type of trial isn't done to every player who questions a rule then this falls under bullying and harassment and is a breach of the Nrl code of conduct.

In relation to your last comment I am still left wondering that if it had been Inglis or Thurston or Slater for that matter who had been involved in the charge down instead of Jimmy, would the hysteria have been as much. Would the result have been the same? would the media backlash have been the same?

unfortunately there will be no opportunity for Inglis to
question a adverse decision because he is part of the premiership 2015 plan but I am waiting with baited breath for the next time thurston does hehe.

Did anyone else hear Beau Ryan last night to Sutton? He said something along the lines of "You must have been scared of James Graham. Were you scared when all those bottles and COINS were being thrown at you"?

Coins????

Must be sad for Todd to go from being the puppeteer at the dogs to the puppet at the nrl

Guys I don't know why you watch that crap! I stopped watching the Footy show pretty much since 2004 and all those "Panels" they had on us about Coffs Harbour and Crowd Behaviour... Not once has anyone apologised for Coffs Harbour, we as supporters and the club still get called rapists because of the media blow up and presumption of Guilt... Same thing is happening now; we are still "Thugs" because some (At worst 2 dozen people out of 40,500) let their emotions get the better of them.

Rich coming from Finch, the man who launched a bottle into the crowd at Bulldogs supporters during a match in 2004.
