Panthers to turn the tables on the previous meeting and win by 8, based on the assumption they turn up at full strength, Leota should be back maybe TPJ misses(i hope not)but this would be manageable.

Gonna be a tight one. Souths forwards have been most impressive this finals campaign. They bashed Penrith a few weeks back, and will probably do again. Penriths backs To’o etc do more grunt work than souths backs. It all comes down to stopping Souths sweep plays, especially on the left edge. Stop that there pretty much done.

I know everyone says the halves will decide the outcome, but I reckon two other areas..firstly the two hookers, Cook and Koroisau, running games..Cook found his mojo against Manly setting up a scintillating try for Cody Walker.. the second how the two fullbacks handle the pressure from the kicking games of each set of halves..Edwards from Penrith and Taaffe from Souths who has done well replacing Mitchell, but the grand final is the biggest pressure cooker of them all..

Anyway I say Souths on the back of their forwards laying a foundation for Cook to run..

I can't imagine Penrith losing a GF after being runners up last year and I can't imagine Penrith losing to Souths again this month.

For me it comes down to which group of players and fans do I want to see crying after the game because they lost, which for me is undoubtedly Souths.
Souths are only there because they manipulated the medical retirements of Inglis and Burgess.
Cody Walker is the biggest grub in the game.
Bennett has always oozed arrogance and puts himself above the game.
Russell Crowe, his book of fueds and shitty bell.
Self appoint themselves as 'the pride of the league'.
That fucking glory glory shitty song on repeat if they win.
Souths supporters have got to be the biggest gronks in the league, think Nasheed.
Random Souths guy at every place.
They beat us in 2014.

Should be a really good game actually good battle up front, I thought Api was unreal yesterday likewise cook on Friday. Based on the last time they met I've gotta say South's but i hope not.

The pre-game entertainment at Suncorp Stadium will have a Queensland theme with home-grown star Kate Miller-Heidke to sing the national anthem and lead the entertainment with Australian rock legend Ian Moss.

The Stafford Brothers, DJ Timmy Trumpet, Aboriginal didgeridoo player William Barton and a 40-piece orchestra will complete the grand final entertainment which will also include a spectacular light show.

I see they are trying to match AFL for the (lack of) entertainment!

Stafford Brothers and DJ Timmy Trumpet - EDMfest.
William Barton - Didgeridoo by itself is boring.
