It is time to call this farce for what it is.....an annual South Sydney benefit. You can count on a number of things....G Sutton appointed ro officiate ( it is obviously planned because it was established under B Sutton's tenure and has continued under J Maxwell), a lopsided penalty count against the Dogs, controversy,with the dogs on the wrong end of it ( Jimmy Graham, JMK sin binned last year for alleged repeated infringements, this year's hip drop bullshit) usually invoked when Dogs are on top (last year), or mounting a comeback (this year).Short turnarounds for our boys is also creeping in to make it harder for us. It is time something was done....maybe we fans should boycott the game, hit the mercenary NRL hierarchy where it hurts, in the pocket.I realise our club will suffer as well from lost revenue but it is time the club called this out anyway. At the moment it is a guaranteed 2 points for the self appointed "pride of the league".
