How about we leave this up to CC and Co.

Mate, people are just giving their thoughts. Although its not the our biggest issue, if you look back in history we have always had one of the best % kickers when we have been successful. As Ciraldo has mentioned before, the Dogs are a team that when at there best are known for grinding out wins and Burton at this point in time doesn’t look like the answer to helping win those close games with goal kicking. Hopefully he improves drastically by years end, but if he doesn’t then we are going to need someone else to step up.

As with all thoughts on here.
CC or the club for that matter must have a reason behind Burton kicking. Because I can’t understand why Kylie isn’t kicking just to justify his spot in the team.

I think CC is kinda hoping that Burton comes good with the kicking by years end, and with Kyle of contract at years end he is willing to take the risk for now. I would be very surprised if he isn’t starting to think about Crichton taking over next year given Burtons stats so far. Anyway, like you mentioned I’m sure CC will make the right call based on stats and off season observations.

Critta is the better goal kicker. Save Burton for general play.

Gotta score tries before worrying who converting them. Our halves are rubbish at last tackle option

Burto is pretty good, he doesnt miss much. Averillo can hit em, same with Alamoti.

It will be between Crighton and Burto.. Then we have Papali'i coming through as the next FB who slots them nicely too.
All are 75% at best and that's being kind. Flnoo is the best one but I get why they are not giving him the job if they are looking long term. Crighton is potentially the best bet, I wouldn't be relying on Burton in a big game, he's no Cleary for sure with the boot

Needs more refining/specialist coaching, doesn't need to crush it with his kicking power(Burton). Not sure he is better than Critta though but it will be one of those two.

Crichton is definitely better. Source: I've been kicking balls since I could walk.

Flanno is maybe the most accurate but struggles to get the distance from the sidelines.
Critta and Burton have no such issue..plus Flanno won't be here next year(thankfuck)
